Payment
For reservations made more than six weeks before your holiday start date you must pay a non-refundable deposit of one half (50%) of the cost of your stay. In the case of bookings made less than six weeks before arrival full payment is due with your booking.
Balance Outstanding
You must pay the full balance of the total stay no later than six weeks before your arrival date, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will be forfeit.
Damage or losses
You are responsible for leaving Ty Draw in good order and in a clean condition. You also agree to pay for any damage or losses incurred during your stay or any extra cleaning costs we may incurr.
Occupancy
Your stay in Ty Draw shall be from 3.00pm. on the day of your arrival until 11.00am. on the day of your departure, unless we agree otherwise.
Liability
We make every effort to ensure that our descriptions are accurate, but we cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made to Ty Draw or its amenities.
We do not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use or condition of Ty Draw and its appearances, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, exceptional or weather conditions.
We can also not accept responsibility for your personal belongings, car and any of its contents.
Complaints
If you consider that you have cause for complaint, the matter must be taken up immediately with us.
Under no circumstances will we consider claims for compensation lodged upon departure or after you have returned home as it is then not longer possible to investigate your complaint effectively or take corrective action.
